Where It All Began
From a Single Cold Store to a National Network.
Connect Logistics was founded in 2008 at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore — with a single assignment: build a 2,240 pallet position cold store to serve Wall’s Ice Cream, Unilever’s flagship frozen food brand in Pakistan.
It was one facility, one client. But it was built to a standard the market hadn’t seen before: self-owned land, European-specification refrigeration, and an operations culture rooted in precision. The results spoke for themselves. By 2009, the Glaciers facility had expanded, and Connect’s reputation for cold chain quality was already drawing attention. In 2010, that reputation earned us the operating contract for Wall’s factory storage — a direct endorsement from our anchor client.
Between 2010 and 2012, we extended our footprint into ambient warehousing in Karachi, laying the foundation for what would become Pakistan’s leading multi-temperature logistics network.
Today, Connect Logistics operates 119,000 pallet positions — the equivalent of 6,000 x 40-ft containers of storage — across six self-owned facilities in Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Khairpur.
